1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one active account on chatjl. Creating multiple accounts — whether through different email addresses, phone numbers, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys national ID, passport, or UMID), your date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in the Philippines.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

chatjl operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. As such, we conduct KYC verification for all accounts. Any violation of the above will result in immediate suspension, account termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the chatjl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, button icons, software code, and the overall "look and feel" of the site — is the intellectual property of chatjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use chatjl solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (minus any amounts subject to active investigation or bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
